Mogul Lash – Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our products and services, the following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:
- Online courses, digital guides, and educational downloads
- In-person trainings and classes
- Lash services
- Mentorship calls or coaching sessions
Online Course & Digital Product Refunds
Due to the instant delivery of digital content and immediate access to proprietary educational materials, we do not offer refunds on any online course or digital product once access has been granted.
This policy exists to protect our intellectual property, training methods, and the extensive time and expertise invested into creating our educational programs.
Trainings, Classes & Services
All deposits and full payments for in-person lash trainings, masterclasses, and lash services are non‑refundable.
Seats are reserved in advance, and materials, kits, and class resources are prepared specifically for each student.
Transfers may be permitted one time with at least 14 days’ notice, depending on availability.
Copyright Infringement & Account Misuse
Mogul Lash reserves the right to suspend or permanently revoke access to any online course if there is evidence of:
- Copying or redistributing course materials
- Downloading, screen-recording, or sharing proprietary training content
- Sharing login credentials with non-paying individuals
- Reselling or publishing Mogul Lash content without authorization
These actions violate our Terms of Use and may result in legal action.
